1. Services

Synester Auto Lab provides mobile automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, window tinting, lighting installation, and related vehicle enhancement services throughout Southwest Florida. All services are by appointment only. Service availability may vary by location and distance from Cape Coral, FL.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or booking system. Reasonable notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.

3. Access Requirements

Clients must provide safe, accessible vehicle access at the agreed service location. Adequate space, water access (where applicable), and power access may be required. Failure to provide required access may result in service cancellation without refund of deposits.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card (3% processing fee applies), and digital payment apps. Prices are subject to change without notice. Deposits may be required for larger services including ceramic coating and paint correction packages.

5. Liability

Synester Auto Lab is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present before service begins. We perform a pre-service inspection and document existing conditions. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services rendered.
