What You Should Know
Membership is available exclusively after a qualifying Gold or Royal Detail with Synester Auto Lab.
Enrollment must be completed within 28 days of the qualifying service. Missing this window requires a new qualifying detail before enrollment can begin.
Membership applies to one registered vehicle. Additional vehicles require separate enrollment.
Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination, pet hair, sand, spills, or conditions outside normal maintenance scope.
Significantly delayed or missed appointments may require a reset detail before membership service resumes, to ensure the vehicle is returned to proper maintenance condition.
Prepaid semi-annual and annual memberships cover a set number of washes that can be used at any frequency — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — within the membership period.
