Founded by Daron Changeux, Synester Auto Lab was not built from a business plan — it was built from a lifelong obsession with cars. Long before there was a shop, a brand, or a vision, there was a kid riding shotgun with his mechanic uncles, watching, learning, and asking questions about everything with four wheels.
By the age of four, Daron could name just about every car on the road. He used to tell his mom, "I am going to make the first car that runs on water." Realistic or not, he always knew his future would involve the automotive industry.
At 16, he got his start at a tint shop. That first job turned passion into purpose — and today Synester Auto Lab serves Southwest Florida with a commitment to precision, trust, and results that speak for themselves.

My family is my drive. My wife Ray, along with our fur babies Zuri and Turbo, are the reason I show up every single day and push forward no matter what.
Cars brought me into this industry, but it has become something deeper. It is about building a life with intention — creating freedom, stability, and something that actually lasts. Every day is about progress, even if it is small. 1% better, stacked over time, is what turns passion into something real.
I am thankful for the people who helped shape the mindset I have today.
My wife Ray has been a huge part of that. Watching her build her hair salon from the ground up — with consistency and belief — showed me what it actually looks like to take a vision seriously. That played a major role in me taking my own leap.
I am also grateful for my family, mentors, customers, and everyone who supported me before anything was fully built. None of this happens alone, and I do not take that for granted.
Building something from passion and taking the chance on myself. The kid collecting model cars and naming every vehicle on the road — becoming the same person building an automotive brand of his own. That still hits different every time I think about it.
